To place an order by Check or Paypal:  If you would prefer to make your payment by check or through Paypal, or would like to make arrange a Layaway Plan for an item you see on our web site simply email us with the CATEGORY, STOCK NUMBER, and TITLE along with your mailing address. We will email back to you the total cost of the item including shipping / sales tax (NY State residents only) / insurance. We will expect a confirmation of your order by return email within 36 hours. Once the order is confirmed we will reserve the item for you for 2 days while we await your payment. Items will not be put on reserve for longer than the 2-day grace period unless a non-refundable deposit has been placed to cover any loss of sale due to the hold.


Layaways are available for items over $100 and are all final sales. Layaways are for no longer than 3 months paid in thirds. If items are not paid in full at the end of the term items are released back into active stock and the monies paid in are forfeited.

 
Return Policy
If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact us by email or phone within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price.

You will ship the item back to the shop within 3 days of the acknowledgement:

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping and insurance.  We require shipping insurance for all orders above $50. Unless buyer provides a written request to waive insurance and buyer assumes responsibility should the item get lost or damaged.


International buyers responsible for all customs fees and VAT. Because we are a retail store, we are NOT able to mark orders as 'Gifts' for customers to avoid paying these fees. The shipping charges you pay to Noble Savage Vintage do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Noble Savage Vintage and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.


Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.


Other Information:
I am a registered New York Sales tax vendor and therefore must charge New York State residents sales tax based on your locality. Please contact me before making payment so I can add the local tax to your invoice. Thank you.
